　　余晓晖，中国信息通信研究院副院长、工业互联网产业联盟秘书长、工业互联网战略咨询专家委员会副秘书长，工信部智能制造专家咨询委员会委员、国家“互联网+”行动专家咨询委员会秘书长，国家物联网发展专家咨询委员会委员，国家战略性新兴产业发展咨询委员会委员。上世纪90年代，主要从事通信网络仿真、网络路由技术、网络流量控制、网络优化与规划等研究开发工作，主持制定的总体技术方案在全国成功推广实施，取得良好经济社会效益。2000年以来，主要从事通信网络技术、互联网、信息通信产业、信息化等研究工作，主持了有关工业互联网、宽带、互联网、物联网、移动互联网、云计算、新一代信息技术等领域系统性研究，参与了国家相关战略、政策和规划研究起草。

　　Introduction:

　　Yu Xiaohui, Vice President of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), Secretary-General of the Alliance of Industrial Internet and Deputy Secretary-General of the Industrial Internet Strategic Advisory Committee of Experts. He also serves as Member of the Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Advisory Committee, MIIT, Secretary-General of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National Internet Plus Action Plan, Member of the National Expert Advisory Committee of IoT Development and Member of the National Advisory Committee of the Development of Strategic Emerging Industries. In the 1990s, Yu mainly engaged in the research and development of communication network simulation, network traffic control, network optimization and planning, and the general technology plans led by him were successfully popularized and implemented nationwide, and obtained good economic and social benefits. Since 2000, he has been dedicated to the research of communication network technology, Internet, the information and communication industry, and information technology, and presided over the systematic research in various fields, such as industrial Internet, broadband, Internet, IoT, mobile Internet, cloud computing, the next generation of information technology, etc. Besides, Yu has also participated in the research and drafting of related national strategies, policies and plans.
