　　徐文伟先生现任华为技术有限公司董事、战略研究院院长，同时也是公司管理团队成员。 徐文伟先生1990年毕业于中国东南大学，获自动控制专业硕士学位。1991年加入华为研发部，主持华为第一代局用程控交换机开发，并分别负责芯片、总体技术、战略规划和预研部等工作。2002年负责公司研发部工作。2003年，徐先生担任全球产品销售兼Marketing总裁，负责华为产品的全球营销事务。 2005年，徐先生出任华为欧洲区总裁,致力于华为欧洲市场业务的发展。 2008年，徐先生被公司任命为战略与Marketing总裁。 2009年，公司任命徐先生为销售与服务总裁。 2010年，徐先生担任片区联席会议总裁。 2011年，徐先生被公司任命为企业业务 CEO。 2013年，徐先生出任战略Marketing总裁。 2017年，公司任命徐先生为产品投资评审委员会主任。 2018年，徐先生担任战略研究院院长。

　　Mr. Xu is Director of the Board, President of the Institute of Strategic Research. He is also a member of the company's Executive Management Team. Mr. Xu has held several senior-level positions at Huawei. In 2018, Mr. Xu was appointed as President of the Institute of Strategic Research. In 2017, Mr. Xu served as Chairman of the Investment Review Board. In 2013, Mr. Xu was appointed as Chief Strategy Marketing Officer, a position he has held ever since. In 2011, Mr. Xu became CEO of the Enterprise Business Group. In 2010, he was appointed as President of the Joint Committee of Regions. In 2009, Mr. Xu served as Chief Sales & Service Officer. In 2008, Mr. Xu was appointed as Huawei's Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer. In 2005, Mr. Xu served as President of Huawei's European Area, a position dedicated to Huawei's business development in Europe. In 2003, Mr. Xu worked as President of the International Technical Sales & Marketing Department, responsible for product marketing worldwide. In 1991, Mr. Xu joined Huawei's Research & Development, leading the development of the first generation of Huawei's public program controlled switches. Mr. Xu also took charge of work related to chips, general technology, strategy planning, and research. In 2002 he became the head of R&D. Mr. Xu holds a master's degree in automatic control from Southeast University in Nanjing, China.
