徐惠娟，女，1966年出生，常熟人，硕士学历，现任中国贸促会无锡市支会党组书记、会长、中国国际商会无锡商会会长、无锡市会展业发展办公室主任、江南大学硕士研究生导师。曾任无锡轻工业学院经贸系教师；无锡轻工大学国际商务教研室副主任；无锡轻工大学国际商务教研室、环境经济研究室主任；无锡轻工大学商学院副教授、国际商务教研室主任；无锡市对外贸易经济合作局党组成员、副局长、江南大学硕士研究生导师、兼任无锡市WTO事务咨询中心法人代表、主任、江南大学硕士研究生导师(期间：英国访问学者(国家留学基金资助))；无锡市商务局(口岸办)党组成员、副局长(副主任)、兼任中国贸促会无锡市支会、中国国际商会无锡商会会长、江南大学硕士研究生导师。

　　徐惠娟自任职无锡市会展业发展办公室主任以来带领整个工作小组建立了重要会展协调联席会议制度，形成了较为完善的会展业管理体制，努力营造了规范的会展业市场秩序，使无锡市形成了以展览场馆、专业办展机构、展览工程设计搭建企业为核心，以物流、酒店、餐饮、公关礼仪、新闻媒体、广告宣传、商务服务等为配套的发达成熟的会展产业链，她强调会展作为城市经济发展的助推器，会展业对城市经济的拉动作用显而易见，营销会展就是营销城市，会展品牌实际上就是一张城市名片，她将带领工作小组努力实现打造“商务会展之都”的目标。

　　Xu Huijuan, female, born in 1966 in Changshu, Jiangsu province, with master's degree, currently holds the posts of the chairwoman and party secretary of China Council for the Pomotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Wuxi sub-concil, chairwoman of China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) Wuxi chamber of Commerce, director of the Development Office of Wuxi exhibition industry and tutor for Postgraduates of Jiangnan University.

　　Since held the post of the Development Office of Wuxi exhibition industry director, Xu Huijuan has led her team to establish a coordination system of important exhibitions, and archieved a functional exhibition industry management system, which lead to a normative market order among the exhibition industries in Wuxi. The local exhibition industries have formed a complete and powerful industrial chain, with the exhibition centers, professional exhibition organizations and exhibition design and construction companies at the core, and logistics, hotels, food industries, media, advertising industries and business service companies marched. Xu Huijuan believes exhibitions can greatly contribute to the city’s economics, and exhibition brand will become a business card of the city. Xu and her team will make more effort to build Wuxi into the “capital of business exhibition”.
